Product Overview
A colorful troika moves through the snow, bringing life and warmth to Fadeev's pale winter palette. White shawls, soft lavender panels, and finely painted ornament frame the horse-drawn sleigh and the smaller winter figures. The delicate decoration has the lightness of frost, while the central scene recalls the pleasure of a brisk Russian sleigh ride.
Made and hand-painted on wood in Russia by Fadeev, this five-piece matryoshka has a largest doll approximately 8 inches (20 cm) tall. Intricate patterns continue around the backs, giving the set a graceful presence from every angle. A beautiful collector's piece to enjoy through the winter season.
