Each piece is a detailed painting from the beloved story Tsar Saltan, by Russian literary mastermind Alexander Pushkin. The tallest doll stands 23 cm (9 in), and bears the original stamp of the new workshop of Shalamov&Gudvenko located in Sergiev Posad, the heart of the Russian Matryoshka.
