Product Overview
Very fine museum quality large 5pc art doll. Finely detailed scenes from Russian Fairy Tale - "Scarlet Flower" are painted on the front side. The Scarlet Flower appears among the figures beneath an ornate arch on the largest doll. On the next doll, a young woman in green bends toward the glowing red blossom. Smaller figures and floral motifs carry the red and turquoise palette through the rest of the set. Turn the dolls around to see the red roses painted across their blue shawls. The largest figure stands on a cream-colored base dotted with jewel-toned accents. Glossy lacquer finish. Approx. 8.25" tall. Signed by the artist.
It's painted with fine detail, and great attention to colors and composition.
