Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging with all included materials
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging
• Custom-made or personalized items
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover return shipping.
Damaged Items Policy
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of:
• the damaged item
• the packaging
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking confirms delivery, the package is considered delivered.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must be processed as returns.
