This very large nativity set was hand carved from European linden wood and hand painted in Russia, Sergiev Posad, which is one of the largest wood carving centers, is also the heart of the Russia Orthodox Church in Russia.
This nativity set could compliment holiday decor anywhere around the home, or be added to an existing collection of figurines. Kids can learn more about the events around the birth of Jesus Christ, using their hands and this set of figurines as a visual aid to their imagination. Each figurine is carefully hand painted with love.
This set is 15" high and the base is approximately 16" x 8". Largest Figurines - 6". Signed by the artist - Balaeva Tatiana.
