This is a wonderful vintage Hooper bay Native American Yupik Alaskan woven bowl. Artist unknown. This small weave bowl is woven from wild rye beach grass (taperrnat). It is expertly woven, tightly coiled, symmetrical and well balanced. It is 2.5” tall by 9” in diameter. It is in excellent condition.
