Custom Steve Nolte Knife - Alaska Ulu

Alaska Ulu knife, 416 layer Damascus. The Damascus blade on this ulu knife is about 5.5″ wide and comes with a fossil walrus artifact handle.  Knife comes with alligator sheath and caribou antler base. It is designed and made by Steve Nolte.

Ancient walrus ivory approximately 500 – 1500 years old. Excavated from ancient hunting camps in the Northern Bering Sea area, this ivory has beautiful color (the result of minerals that have been absorbed into the ivory over hundreds of years). This piece was used as a tool and bears the marks of ancient man.
