An antique hand painted porcelain teapot from the Gardner Porcelain Factory, Moscow, Russia - circa 1870s. Maker's marks for the Gardner Porcelain Factory in Moscow are found on the bottom of the teapot. This piece is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks in the porcelain. The teapot is approximately 8.5" long and 4.5" tall. Marks include the emblem of the Imperial double-headed eagle with the Monogram "AII" referring to the reign of Tsar Alexander II (1818-1881).
