This is a lovely walrus ivory carving of Sea Otter by Carson Slowooko of Gambell, Alaska on Saint Lawrence Island. He is Siberian Yup̥ik. The eyes are inlaid with baleen from the bowhead whale. The walrus ivory is flawless and the texture work is impressive. This otter stands approximately 2.5" tall. Signed by artist.
