Birds | Mstera Lacquer Box

This strikingly beautiful box was painted by the famous Mstera artist Tikhomirova. The drawing is painted in gold,green and blue paints over the black lacquer. All sides are richly decorated.The hinged box is approximately 3" x 3" x 1.25". The box is made out of paper-mache. Black lacquer covers the exterior and red lacquer covers the interior of the box. The lid is hinged from the top of the scene.
